The most common question which almost all the parents around the globe ask themselves is which is good and best for there children whether to give the Multivitamins or Vitamins and Minerals supplements.


There is numerous numbers of vitamins available in the market which makes the task easy for the parents because many of the children vitamins are there in the market in the shapes and sizes of toffees with chocolate coatings but the thing which is to be looked at is what is best for the small kids.

By giving the different vitamins or the daily routine vitamins to the kids we ensure that they grow very healthy way that is the growth of there brain and other body parts is proper so that they have a very healthy life and while giving the regular intake of the multivitamins to the kids it is usually seen that they don’t fall sick on the regular intervals and like this there immunity level also increases.

One of the most common deficiencies that is seen in the kids is the lower amount of vitamin C in the body of the kids because it is seen that it is some what the fault of the parents because in this modern world the children get attracted towards the various junk and fast foods and this leads to deficiency of vitamins because of which the bones are weak in the youth.

Most of the children nowadays have become very choosy in there eating habits thus because of this they only eat what they like as the parents today don’t have much time because of there busy schedules and this is the reason they don’t have time to guide there children that junk food are bad for there health and they should have the complete balanced diet which includes the milk the fruits and the balanced vegetables and it is seen that the kids who are taking the complete balanced diet do not need any vitamins and all the other kids have to take these vitamins for maintaining there health. There are numerous vitamins and the multivitamins available in the market for the kids the thing which is to be looked at is what and which are the best vitamins for your child and it should always be taken care that there should never be the over dosing of these vitamins done to the children and should be in the limits as prescribed by the doctor.
