with meditative practices in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. In Indian

philosophy, Yoga is the name of one of the six basic philosophical schools.

Yoga can be defined as a branch of Ayurveda. There are numerous breathing exercises

in Yoga that help people achieve complete holistic health. Practicing only yoga

will give you amazing health results and will have a good effect on the

organism. These exercises are easy to follow and can be practiced by each member

of the family even kids too.
