Yoga is the name of one of the six orthodox philosophical schools. Yoga can be

defined as a branch of Ayurveda. There are numerous breathing exercises in Yoga

that help people achieve complete holistic health. Practicing only yoga will

give you unexpected health results and will have a good effect on the organism.
